2. Subscription and Service Fees
All payments for subscriptions, tokens, or pay-as-you-go credits are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
Since our services provide instant digital access, all fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in the cases listed below.
3. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service within 48 hours of purchase.

A service was canceled before the start of your active subscription period.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
